the very generous man eats manila sent over a bottle of bacon jam for me to try. bacon? jam? needless to say, i was intrigued.

on this lovely sunday morning, i decided to spread the bacon jam on toasted pandesal and top it with the lightest of scrambled eggs with a touch of truffle oil.

YUM!

and washed it down with my favorite nespresso.
